Nadia Berthouze will be talking about how body and touch behaviours can be used to automatically detect people's emotional states, thus  providing new variables for designers to personalize user experience. She will also show how designers can exploit body behaviour to steer the emotional experience of the user.

Graham McAllister will show how Player Research explore players' emotional engagement with video games. By using biometric sensors, he will show how this method produces more actionable results than traditional user research techniques. The talk will also show how they visualise this player data using Biometric Storyboards.
